Drink Of The Week : Ecto-Cooler

This week’s drink of the week comes straight from one of the greatest movies of the 80’s. The Ecto-Cooler is essentially the Ghostbusters Hi-C flavor with an added twist, the added twist of course being a copious amount of alcohol. This delicious blast from the past is the perfect drink for those late night movie marathons, for telling ghost stories around the campfire, or for when you’re out hunting ghosts of your own. Regardless of if you catch any or not this drink contains the perfect amount of spirits, so no need to feel let down. The Ecto-Cooler is actually* (probably not, maybe! but probably not) endorsed by the Ghostbusters themselves.

Ecto Cooler

The Ecto Cooler is the official drink of the Ghostbusters. This recipe is a mix of Melon Schnapps, Blue Curacao, Southern Comfort, Vodka, and Amaretto.

• 2 oz Melon Schnapps
• 1 oz Blue Curacao
• .5 oz Southern Comfort
• .5 oz Vodka
• .5 oz Amaretto

Mixers

• .5 oz Sour Mix
• .5 oz Orange Juice

Instructions

 

• Fill Glass With Ice
• Pour In Alcohols
• Add Mixers To Taste
• Stir & Enjoy!
