Hawaiian Fish Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Tilapia thawed
  • 3 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 3 Limes
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 3 tbsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 3 tbsp Cumin
  • 3 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 pkg Tortillas Corn or Flour - your preference

Instructions
 

  • Heat flat top grill/griddle to medium heat
  • Drizzle flat top grill/griddle with olive oil
  • When oil is hot add garlic to infuse the olive oil with flavor
  • Add fish to flat top, spreading it out in one layer
  • Season fish with 2/3 of seasonings (salt, Old Bay, chili powder, cumin & paprika)
  • When fish is 1/2 way cooked (you will know when the fish is white and flaky around the edges) flip it over
  • After flipping use the remaining 1/3 of seasonings to season that side
  • Close the lid of the grill & let the fish finish cooking (1-2 minutes)
  • Once the fish is white and flaky all the way through it is done. Remove it from the grill.
  • Put fish taco together the traditional way by adding cooked fish, shredded lettuce, cilantro & a squeeze of lime... or go crazy and add any other toppings you like
