Yes, we know that Washington D.C. isn’t a state! However, we wanted to give you some patriotic content for the 4th of July so all of our Ninja’s out there are getting a bonus!
We will be making the Washington D.C. Half-Smoke Hot Dog, the Gin Ricky to drink, and; for dessert; some red, white & blue cherries!
Washington D.C. Half-Smoke
Welcome to a special episode of Exotic Ninja - Around the States - for the 4th of July!We are talking D.C. Half-Smokes!
Ingredients
- 1 Package Half-Smoke Hot Dogs We found them at Woodman's Grocery Store
- 1 Package Hot Dog Buns
Toppings
- 1 Red Onion diced for topping
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Chili whatever your fave is
Instructions
- Butterfly your Half-Smokes and lay on a hot grill
- Once these are done put them in your hot dog bun
- Add chili, shredded cheddar cheese and diced onion to the top
- Enjoy this messy but delicious food!

Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 3 oz Gin We prefer Aviator Gin
- 1 oz Club Soda
Instructions
- Add ice 3/4 full into your pint glass
- Add lime juice
- Add Gin
- Add Club Soda
- Stir and Enjoy

Red, White & Blue Drunken Cherries
These alcoholic treats are the perfect thing to bring to any 4th of July celebration!
Ingredients
- 1 jar Maraschino Cherries
- 1 bottle Vanilla Vodka
- 1 roll Paper Toweling
- 1 container Vanilla Frosting or White Chocolate warm it up a tiny bit to make it easier to dip the cherries in
- 1 container Blue Sugar Crystals/Sprinkles
Instructions
- Pour the juice out of the Maraschino Cherry Jar and fill it with vodka
- Let sit for 8-12 hours
- Remove cherries from jar and pat dry with paper toweling
- Do the following instructions one cherry at a time so the crystals stick!
- Dip each cherry in the frosting/chocolate 2/3 of the way
- Immediately dip the cherry into the crystals/sprinkes 1/3 of the way
- Enjoy!
