Irish Car Bomb
The Irish Car Bomb is our founders favorite shot. He was introduced to it on St. Patrick's day years ago by his Irish friend Shawn (of the Kennedy clan).
Ingredients
- 1/2 glass Guinness
- 1/4 shot Irish Cream
- 3/4 Shot Jameson
Instructions
- Fill a rocks (or pint glass) 1/2 full with Guinness
- Fill shot glass 3/4 full with Jameson. Float Irish Cream on top
- Hold the shot glass over the Guinness, and bomb (drop) the shot into the glass
- Chug the drink fast.
